We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit. Courage is not one brave moment β it is the repeated practice of facing fear appropriately. Justice is not one just decision β it is the character of the person who makes just decisions consistently, because that is who they have trained themselves to be. Virtue is craft. It is learned by doing.
